Our story
Women in Frontier AI started as a community group, created from a deep desire to bring together phenomenal women working at the frontier of AI. Not a company, not a conference series; a group of people who wanted to know each other.
The women building the next generation of AI systems are often scattered, across labs, companies, countries, and subfields. We exist to close that distance: to foster real connections, boost each other's ideas, and bring cross-disciplinary thinking to hard problems.
Knowing each other builds a more holistic view of the opportunities in the space, from co-founder matches to mentorship, and gives people a place to understand and explore new frontiers of AI alongside people doing the same work. We welcome women working at the frontier, and the allies who support them.
